Login and access
Your email account is handled through Supabase authentication. NoClipboard's account record tracks things such as free jobs used and subscription status so the service knows whether your workspace is available.

NoClipboard is small on purpose. Here is what the current product does with the information that moves through it.
Generation
Your rough job note is sent through NoClipboard's server-side generation function to the AI service so the paperwork can be created. The current NoClipboard account database is not designed as a cloud archive for those job packets.
Optional device history
If you leave Recent Jobs enabled, the rough note and generated packet are saved in your browser on that device. You can turn the feature off or clear the history from Saved Setup at any time.
Stripe-hosted payment
Subscription checkout and billing management are hosted by Stripe. NoClipboard does not ask you to type a card number into its own job-workspace forms.
One rule matters most.
NoClipboard is a writing assistant, not a replacement for the technician or supervisor who knows the job. Review every generated measurement, technical term, part/model identifier, safety-sensitive statement, and conclusion before using it.
