THE WRITING LAYER
AFTER THE JOB.
NoClipboard is an AI-assisted field-service documentation web app built for technicians, owner-operators, and small service crews who already know what happened on the job and simply need to turn that rough field version into usable paperwork.
Who it is for
Current field-service use cases include HVAC, mobile mechanics, construction crews, appliance repair, plumbing, electrical work, property maintenance, and general field service. The product is intentionally useful to small businesses that do not want to replace their whole software stack just to improve documentation.
The product rule
Generated paperwork must be reviewed. NoClipboard is instructed not to invent measurements, diagnoses, parts, repairs, approvals, safety checks, code compliance, prices, or results that were not present in the source note.
Languages
Field-note input currently supports English, Spanish, Ukrainian, Polish, Portuguese, French, and typed auto-detection. Paperwork output currently supports English, Spanish, and Ukrainian. An optional worker-language copy can help multilingual crews review what was documented.
Pricing
A new account includes 10 completed jobs free with no card required. After those free jobs are used, the Founding Solo plan is $19 per month. Billing is handled through Stripe.
How the workflow stays simple
A technician opens the workspace, chooses the trade and languages, gives NoClipboard the rough job note, reviews the generated versions, and copies or downloads what is useful. The product is meant to reduce rewriting, not add another administrative system that has to be maintained.
What NoClipboard is not
NoClipboard is not a dispatch board, accounting package, full CRM, inventory platform, or automatic diagnostic system. It is the documentation layer between completed field work and completed admin.
