A worker should not have to translate the job in their head before they can document it. NoClipboard can accept supported field notes in Spanish and create professional English paperwork for the office, customer, invoice, or work order, while keeping an optional worker-language copy for review.
What the worker does
The technician can type, paste, or—when device/browser speech recognition supports it—dictate the rough job note in Spanish. The important facts stay in the worker's natural working language instead of being simplified or lost because they are trying to translate while documenting.
What the office receives
The paperwork language can be set to English. NoClipboard then creates the field/internal note, customer or office summary, invoice/work description, and follow-up in English. An optional worker-language copy can be generated for review when the note language and paperwork language differ.
Technical details still need human review
Measurements, units, model and serial numbers, part numbers, fault codes, negation, and uncertainty are exactly the details that should be checked before the document is used. Translation is part of the drafting workflow, not a substitute for technician review.

Can a Spanish-speaking technician create English work orders?
Yes. Spanish is supported as an input language and English is supported as a paperwork output language.
Does the technician get a Spanish copy too?
The workspace can create an optional worker-language review copy when the note and paperwork languages differ.
What other input languages are supported?
The current field-note input options include English, Spanish, Ukrainian, Polish, Portuguese, French, and typed auto-detection. Paperwork output options are more limited and should be checked in the live workspace.
